Introduction:


CMT4501 is a System on Chip (SoC) for Bluetooth® low energy applications. CMT4501 has 32-bit ARM® Cortex™-M0 CPU with 138KSRAM/Retention SRAM and an ultra-low power, high performance, multi-mode radio. CMT4501 can support BLE with security, application and over-the-air download update. Serial peripheral IO and integrated application IP enables customer product to be built with minimum bill-of-material (BOM) cost.

  • Compliant to Bluetooth 4.0, ETSI EN 300 328 and EN 300 440 Class 2

    (Europe), FCC CFR47 Part 15 (US) and ARIB STD-T66 (Japan)
