General Description:


CMT4502 is a System on Chip (SoC) for Bluetooth® low energy applications. CMT4502 has 32-bit ARM® Cortex™-M0 CPU with 138KSRAM/Retention SRAM and an ultra-low power, high performance, multi-mode radio. CMT4502 can support BLE with security, application and over-the-air download update. Serial peripheral IO and integrated application IP enables customer product to be built with minimum bill-of-material (BOM) cost.


CMT4502 support BLE 5.0 High speed throuthput including BLE 2Mbps protocal and data lenth extention. Support Sig-Mesh multi-feature: Friend / LowPower / Proxy / Relay Node.

*Embedded LDOs

*Battery monitor: Supports low battery detection

*2μA @ Sleep Mode with 32KHz RTC

*0.7μA @ OFF Mode(IO wake up only)
