CMT4502 is a System on Chip (SoC) for Bluetooth® low energy applications. CMT4502 has 32-bit ARM® Cortex™-M0 CPU with 138K SRAM/Retention SRAM and an ultra-low power, high performance, multimode radio. CMT4502 can support BLE with security, application and over-the-air download update. Serial peripheral IO and integrated application IP enables customer product to be built with minimum bill-of-material (BOM) cost
CMT4502 support BLE 5.0 High speed throuthput including BLE 2Mbps protocal and data lenth extention. Support Sig-Mesh multi-feature: Friend / LowPower / Proxy / Relay Node.
