Description:
CMT1300 is a high-performance enhanced isolation amplifier based on HOPERF’s capacitive isolation technology to isolate the output from the input. The linear differential input signal range of this device is ±50 mV (±64 mV full scale). Differential inputs are well-suited for shunt resistor-based current sensing in high-voltage applications that require electrical isolation. The device has a fixed gain (41) and provides a differential
analog output. Low offset and gain drift ensure accuracy over the temperature range. High common mode transient immunity (CMTI) ensures that the device can provide accurate and reliable detection even in the presence of high-power switches in motor control applications. Fail-safe functions include input common-mode overvoltage detection and VDD1 loss detection, simplifying system-level design and diagnostics.
